Refund policy

In accordance with the applicable legislation on distance selling (Book VI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law), you, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than the direct cost of returning the goods.

Within this period, you may notify us of your decision by:

• Sending an unambiguous statement by email to info@ohlivebutter.com; or
• Completing and submitting the withdrawal form.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us in their original, unopened packaging.

As the products are food items, for hygiene and health protection reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Once we have received your return correctly and within the required timeframe, we will reimburse the full purchase price, including the standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your explicit choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
